I do not require my husband to lick the bottom of any shoes I wear out of the house. The hygienic question of just what he's licking and swallowing supersedes any issue of subservience in this case. After all, I love him, and I can't imagine requiring him to put his health in danger by consuming the potential filth that is on the bottom of a pair of shoes that have been traversing the streets outside the home.

If she walked through dog poop, would you like to lick that off? How about if she accidentally stepped in a pool of vomit - do you crave licking that off? Etc., etc. Even if she would draw the line at something like that, there's plenty of disgusting things she walks through on any street that might be quite invisible to the naked eye, but would do great harm to your health if you ingested it. In my opinion, only someone who despised her sub/husband would force/allow him to do such a thing. Is that the case in your relationship?

I appreciate the concern but I can assure you that as a health care professional, most of the germs bacteria and viruses that may be found on my wifes soles or her shoe bottoms will be killed by my immune system and my gastric juices. Also I have been vaccinated against Hep B Hep A as well as other disease entities. As for your question of despising me, no, she loves her husband and servant and takes good care of me. As long as we are happy, that is the only barometer we need to follow. It gives me tremendous joy to humbly lick her feet clean regardless of what she walks in and trust me---sometimes it is not invisible. Is is plain as day to see and i obediently lick it off for my Mistress and owner.

Well, Rob, I guess this is a classic case of "to each their own". I don't pretend to understand how you can calmly lick anything and everything off the bottom of her shoes, but you're correct when you say that as long as you're happy, that is the only barometer you need to follow.
